Winter Holidays Grant

For the 2024 Holiday season, the Sandspit Community Society will be managing the Gwaii Trust Society’s Winter Holidays Grant for the community of Sandspit.

We will be accepting proposals for projects, events, and other initiatives. Deadline is November 15. The board will then take a few days to review the proposals and make a plan to distribute the funds, so project leaders will know by November 19th if they’ve been approved and for how much.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Project Leader (applicant) is responsible for organizing and hosting their project(s).
If required, The Sandspit Community Society can assist with marketing and communications for the project.
Receipts are required for ALL reimbursements.
If you do not have means to make the payment yourself and then be reimbursed, please contact us to discuss alternative options for purchasing the required goods for your project.
Receipts need to be submitted no later than January 31, 2025.
