• The Project Leader (applicant) is responsible for organizing and hosting their project(s).

• If required, The Sandspit Community Society can assist with marketing and communications for the project.

• Receipts are required for ALL reimbursements.

• If you do not have means to make the payment yourself and then be reimbursed, please contact us to discuss alternative options for purchasing the required goods for your project.

• Receipts need to be submitted no later than January 31, 2025.
